I'm a one-man Quality Management department in the bowels of a government agency. Sales is not an issue for me but the idea behind QuickMBA does sound quite useful to me. It has a potential (perhaps w/ some modifications) to work as a basic QM tracking system. Can I use it that way & how? --Allen      Report

You can change the labels on the sales funnel and the tracking sheet as desired, so perhaps you could put inquires at the top of the funnel and flow down to issues and resolutions.  The download is free so give it a try and let us know if you're able to adapt it for your purposes.    Report
