Error loading application

I noticed the message that there is a bug in certain systems but I don't know if it refers to this problem.

After installing and loading the app I "trusted" the publisher and ensured the the macro level was set to high. On load I received "Compile error in hidden module: ThisWorkbook" and again for mAPIs. After this it appears not to work. I lowered my macro level to medium just to check it and same result.

XP SP2, fully patched as of 03/26/2007
Excel 2003 (11.8120.8122) SP2
