Website
When you visit our website, we log information such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use cookies to recognize returning visitors. This information, which does not identify individual users, allows us to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements around the site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Email Subscriptions
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters, we use your name and email address to send them to you. To improve the effectiveness of our communications, we use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. Out of respect for your privacy, every email we send will provide you a way to change your contact information, unsubscribe, or deactivate your account.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable contact and financial information. In addition, our shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of your order and, if requested, to store your contact information for future orders. We use this information to process your order through our shopping cart and credit card providers who are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We also use this information to contact you if we have trouble processing an order or in the event of a service-related announcement.

Information you enter on our order form is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

User Forum
If you use the User Forum on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the forum, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in our forum.

Aggregate Information
We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Legal Disclaimer
We may be compelled to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
